The client does. As stated in our mutual agreements, all work our tech talent creates belongs to the client.

Fuse Teams Engagement Terms

Our team members are contracted to you full-time for 40 hours per week, with a minimum three-month engagement contract.

a. What happens if you want to terminate the contract?
We will ensure that we offer a replacement with a similar skillset and only start the contract once the developer has fully onboarded to your team.

b. Can the engagement extend beyond three months?
Yes, it's a common request. If you plan to extend the contract, let us know as early as possible, and we'll prepare and sign new agreements accordingly.
